Toyama Bay is known as a place where fresh and rich seafood is available. Our restaurant uses seafood directly shipped from Toyama Bay to provide delicious sushi to our customers. We carefully select seasonal fish and make the most of it to offer special platters such as "Toyama Sushi" and "Toyama Bay 4-piece Platter".

Especially recommended are the dishes using Toyama's white shrimp and firefly squid. The "Large Kama-age Hotarui Ka Gunkan" and the "Toyama White Shrimp and Oboro Kombu Gunkan" are excellent dishes that allow you to fully appreciate the flavor of Toyama's seafood. In addition, we use our special aged red vinegar shari to match the dishes that make the most of Toyama's ingredients.
